Secethnic Mold Help is a referral service. Homeowners in Sacramento and the Sacramento area come to the site looking for help with mold. We pass those requests to independent providers in the network. You run your own business, set your own quotes, and do your own work.

This is not a job posting. There are no employee roles here. It is a way for local contractors to reach homeowners who are ready to talk.

Who we are looking for

We want independent businesses that work in homes and treat them with care. That may include:

• Mold remediation and removal contractors
• Inspectors and testing providers
• Water damage and drying specialists who also handle mold
• Contractors who serve homes like stucco ranches, bungalows, and older tract houses

What we expect

Homeowners are often stressed. Providers in the network should be calm, clear, and straightforward.

• Hold the licenses, insurance, and credentials your area requires
• Give written quotes before work begins
• Explain scope, containment, and cleanup in plain words
• Return homeowner calls and requests promptly
• Never pressure a homeowner or make promises you cannot keep
• Be honest about what insurance may or may not cover

You are responsible for your own work, your own staff, and your own pricing.

We review each note and reply if there is a fit for the area. Joining is not a promise of any set number of leads.
