Secethnic Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not inspect, take samples, test, remove mold, clean or repair anything. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promise about when a provider is available, how fast it responds, or how its work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance and any license your state requires. Get the estimate in writing.
